Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

We are a private practice and don't need a referral from GP. Only psychologists and psychiatrists need a referral from GP.

Is diagnosis part of your practice?

No, if the diagnosis is the area of your concern, you can speak with your GP for a proper diagnosis by a psychologist or psychiatrist.

What if I need a referral?

The client's health and well-being are our top priorities. We can determine if you need more specialized services during the session.

What if I am unsure that we are a good fit?

The Therapist will provide you with a 20-minute consultation session "free of charge" to determine your interests, and I believe 20 minutes is the cornerstone of any therapy.
